The yearning wait

Standing by the door, eyes longing

palms clasped, intertwined thoughts

never did i think it would be so long..

Long till i could see you walk down .

Time flies  by, flies unbound

Never to stop, never a moment

I thought  it'd take me, take me to you

but No! it wasn't meant to be

 it wasnt time yet.- not your's.. not mine!

Moments missed , feelings unexpressed

thoughts galvanized ,remained unspoken

the  covet to tell you, tell you my story

the yearning to sing, sing you a song...

remained a dream, a desire for long!

The time has come,for you to descend

come down that lane, i look at so yearningly

Walk down that path, i carved it so lovingly

Time, you shall stop, stop right now

Coz, it's not your moment , but mine hereon!

Thoughts Shall flow, Unheld unchained

Feelings shall unravel, shall fly unshackled

Time shall stop, yes shall stop this time

coz love , its time  -just yours n mine!!


Time to untie the pain, grasping me

Holding me tight ,for eons and miles,

It shall vanish,Vanish away,

Coz like they say,it pays 

 It pays-The Yearning Wait!!

Multi party democracy: curse or boon?

World's largest democracy- India!!! This sounds great doesn't it? well it's true and we sure need to be proud. But the irony is its world's largest arena for petty politics, where the political dais is not used to address " real" issues, but rather it is made use by our " honorary" politicians, to throw derogatory remarks at each other!! Its were , it all begins ,with mere mudslinging and it slowly turns into full fledged mud wrestling. Its where " who is older to whom" and "who is whose puppet" are discussed. But amidst all this , where do real issues go? Its plain and simple: the entire drama that unfolds, on the political podiums, across the country is not an accidental 'oh -it -happened' sort of incidents, but cleverly contrived plots by our so- called devoted politicians, to mislead the citizens of the nation, to blow his own trumpet while degrading his adversary. For them, Its a war- a war where weapons are not daggers or rifles, but sharp words!!! Their political campaigns and manifestos are teeming with all sorts of ideas that can ensure them the thing that is more precious to them than even ' money' : VOTES!! What i don't seem to understand is how do these men presume that the ' janata' is blind and is here to listen to their statements and consume it at face value.Well, to be more precise, i would say these 'devoted' men who are concerned about our well being should at least refrain from displaying their oratory or rather accusatory skills in the land of the educated. Where the educated man knows the 'history' and where he knows that history speaks for itself. No false claims or accusations by any candidate makes sense to any of the educated lot... or so i believe and have seen so far amongst my peers and contemporaries!! It wont!! And in the current scenario where people are more aware of their surroundings and the hidden agendas of these men, its a pity that they don't seem to get the point!! WE SHALL VOTE for the one we see light in .. not for the one who has the oratory skill to accuse and debase his opponent.. Lets not waste time analyzing who said what about the other. It sure eats away a lot of paper space .. and precious time and energy of men who are bringing news to our homes... Rather i wish these wasteful paper space and media prime time slots are used to discuss real issues we face.. poverty, unemployment, population explosion,and oh yeah! how can i forget ; now we have the big R!!

lets begin the journey.....

16th April 2009- the day I begin my journey as an " amateurish" blogger.. i guess!!! well Its been on the agenda for over a year and half but with utmost honesty and integrity, i must admit it was plain laziness!! I am not going to tag the issue as " No Time". NO! never!! and before we begin this journey where you guys are going to have to bear my amateurish poems to swings of political jargon and philosophical psalms, all i want is honest commentary.. good, bad, pathetic, ridiculous, superb, fantastic; any of these and other adjectives.. its all welcome!!!Its all going to be my thoughts , my views, my opinions on anything under the sun ; anything that catches my attention at that point of time.

And let me begin this journey with my view on what the astute politicians are scheming to do in the name of sincere, political and populist well being and governance -"the communalism affair"( Most of you on Facebook would have already had a dekho of this one, but i think why not import it here as well.)

The communalism affair

Whats with men pulling men down,
whats with religion claiming all lives,
Whats with all the gloom in the town,
whats with god almighty being shoved around.,
It aint God, it aint faith, all it is ego clashing around!

Whats with men in khadi claiming lands,
Whats with them fiddling with unlearned minds,
Whats with hate being permitted room around,
Whats with they polluting disgruntled young minds,
It aint allah , It aint Ram, all it is politicans and their sadistic minds!!!

Whats with "us" not seeing the manipulation,
whats with " us" overlooking all the faslification
Whats with " us" whining and cribbing, when all it is
is "us" not smelling the contriving deceiver,
It aint the truth , It aint the fact , all it is just a PLOT!!!

Waking up to reality is all we need to do,
The" paradigm shift" is all we need to view,
Dont let them eat your views, don't let them pollute your minds,
let your thoughts flow, let manipulation and falsification not,
touch your soul, remember,
It Aint Ram , it aint allah , all It is, is the sadistic Schemer and his scheme.!!!
